Geeky clean haul

Hey guys, so today I'm going to be doing something a little bit different and that is going to be a haul on the store Geeky clean. The reason I wanted to shop at this store is because my best friend has had a couple of their bath bombs and said they're really good! Plus my partner has really been getting me into d&d and some of their Dice bath bombs are beautiful. Geeky clean is a small business which creates mainly geeky bath and body products. From what I have seen their dice bath bombs are their most popular products however I do recommend checking out their pins and other products also as they are super cute! They're cruelty free, plastic free, handmade and 100% vegan which I know is important to a lot of people! Their packaging is very eco friendly and the bags that they come in are plastic free, biodegradable and household compostable!

So all in all I got 4 bath bombs and 2 pins. These are the bath bombs I got

So anyone who knows me knows that Patchouli and vanilla are my two favourite scents, especially when they're together! So the moment I saw this bath bomb I knew I had to have it. I never go into buying anything expecting anything spectacular however this bath bomb blew me away. The smell is very strong (which I love) and I could even smell it outside the wrapping. It's a good sized bath bomb and is definitely affordable (If you can spend £5 - £7 on a bath bomb at lush, you can spend your money on supporting a small business with the same quality).

I have been obsessed with Animal crossing new horizons since the day it came out and when I saw the new leaf bath bomb I knew I had to get it and because I got that one I couldn't go without getting this one to make the set complete. The smell on this one is a little more subtle (it still smells incredible though) and it looks gorgeous IRL (honestly my pictures not doing it any justice) I can't wait to use this in the bath.

As I said previously, I love animal crossing. This bath bomb looks super cute on their website and looks even cuter in real life. It smells very strongly of lime sherbets (which if you grew up in England you know exactly what I'm talking about). This is a very strong scent (once again something that I love) and I think I will definitely be using this in my next bath.

I bought this bath bomb because I love very earthy smells, and I also loved the dice that comes within this bath bomb so I had to get it. The most perfect thing about this bath bomb is that it smells exactly like a candle I had which I've been looking for a new one for over a year now and cannot find and I am so happy to have that scent back in my life! I hope they have or bring out a smaller bathbomb that smells like this one as I now have the dice within it. This bath bomb is super worth the money (especially considering a beautiful set of dice like this can normally cost anything up to £15 and a bath bomb from lush can cost up to £7 for this size and you're paying less for both in one) and definitely lives up to their namesakes. I will definitely be purchasing more dice bath bombs from them again.

These are the two pins I purchased from Geeky clean, one of them was for my partner (the critter pride, he loved it as we're both part of the LGBTQ+ community) and I got the fantastic beasts and where to find them one for myself.

As I said I got this for my partner as he said he loved it when he saw it. This pin looks so pretty in real life and is super vibrant! It's very sturdy and good quality.

Okay so I love the Harry Potter series including Fantastic beasts and where to find them so when I saw that they had these in and that they were on sale I had to snag myself one! Once again these look so pretty in real life and are sturdy and good quality. If you want one I suggest picking one up because at the point of me writing this blog they only have 18 left in stock!

And that is everything I ordered from Geeky clean. I loved every item I got and will definitely be ordering from them again!

I apologise for the backdrops of my photos I do have a new one coming tomorrow but due to me using the dice bath bomb I would not be able to retake the photos for this blog post. If you would like to see more hauls or have any recommendations for this shop please let me know down in the comments below!

Have a wonderful day!

Short AF Musical Review | Hamilton

Hey guys, so today I'm going to be doing a review on the musical "Hamilton. As usual this review is going to be short and sweet (like the title suggests) and spoiler free (However there will be the IMDB synopsis in this and sometimes they can contain spoilers however 9/10 times they don't. It's just something to keep in mind if you're planning on watching the movie).

"The real life of one of America's foremost founding fathers and first Secretary of the treasury, Alexander Hamilton. Captured live on Broadway from the Richard Rodgers Theater with the original Broadway cast."

Okay so one of my little hobbies is Tiktok and due to that app I have found so many musicals that I have listened to the soundtracks over and over again and really wanted to see so when I saw that Hamilton was coming to disney + I got really excited. You can only somewhat understand what is going on with just the music however when you the musical it makes it all mesh together in perfect harmony to make this beautiful musical. I now cannot listen to "It's quiet uptown" without getting a tear in my eye. This musical was beautifully written and if you love musicals (even if you don't) I would definitely recommend this to you! I can see me watching this over and over again and I hope that Disney keeps on making musicals like this available for those who can't go to see them.

My favourite people in the musical:
- Lafayette: I love the energy in Lafayette and I absolutely adore the character and every scene he is in. It just seems like he lights up the stage the moment he is on it and it made me excited to see him on there and see what he would do next.
- Hercules Mulligan: Once again, something about his energy made me so happy. I love every song he's in and every scene he is in.

My least favourite people in the musical:
- Phillip Hamilton: Phillip was just very arrogant and I can't say much else about him that I dislike without giving anything away.
- Alexander Hamilton: Alexander is definitely where Phillip gets his arrogance from and I don't appreciate the way he treated the people around him.

I loved watching this musical and I hope Disney (or anyone) shows more musicals within their streaming services. Please if you get the chance to, watch Hamilton and make sure you've got some tissues with you.

What did you think of the musical? Who were your favourite and least favourite characters? Do you have any movies, series or books you'd recommend for me to watch/read or want me to do a short AF review on? Please let me know down in the comments below!

Have a wonderful day.

Short AF Series Review | Once Upon A Time

Hey guys! Today I'm going to be doing a short AF review on the TV series "Once Upon A Time". As usual this review is going to be short and sweet (like the title suggests) and spoiler free. (However there will be the IMDB synopsis in this and sometimes they can contain spoilers, 9/10 times they don't, it's just something to keep in mind if you're planning on watching the series).

"A young woman with a troubled past is drawn to a small town in Maine where fairy tales are to be believed."

The reason I started watching this is because I recognised one of the characters from one of those weird tv shows that came on at 3 in the morning on 4 music. I loved the one episode that I watched and was never able to find it again until this kept on being recommended to me on netflix. The show is mainly based on a young boy called Henry and a woman called Emma in a town called Storybrooke. They somewhat retell a lot of disney stories and fairytales, some of which include snow white, little red riding hood etc. This show is so whimsical and I could genuinely binge watch it over and over again. There are so many characters to fall in love with and if you love disney I would 10/10 recommend this show!

My favourite people in the series:
- Captain Hook: Honestly a beautiful man, has some of the best one liners in the show and has the perfect amount of sarcasm.
- Mr. Gold: I was really excited to see Robert Carlyle in a tv series, his character is really mysterious and is always full of suprises
- Belle French: I love how strong Belle is in the series. She is definitely my favourite of all the characters in the show.

My least facourite people in the series:
- Hades: His storyline just went on for too long and it dragged too much. He was a good character I just wish it came to a conclusion quicker.
- Dr. Archie Hopper: He was just a boring character, I get that he had an important part to play in Henry's and Emma's storyline but I just wish there was more to him

This series is amazing and I genuinely recommend watching it. The only thing I would say is please give the series a chance past the first season as that is the one that takes the longest to get through. You won't regret it.

If you watched the series what did you think of it? Who were your favourite and least favourite characters? Do you have any movies, series or books you'd recommend for me to watch/read or want me to do a short AF review on? Please let me know down in the comments below!

Have a wonderful day!
